Lumpia as a dish has usually been the introductory gateway to Filipino cuisine. It's a food that is accessible, easy to enjoy, and most importantly a great way to spread the love of Filipino culture and family. Emerson Baja has taken on the traditional Filipino cooking methods from generation to generation from their beloved Great Lola Dambhi and continued to find ways to both modernize and incorporate modern culture with Filipino cuisine. Long Beach Lumpia is the culmination and result of wanting to spread the love of both Filipino Culture and Cuisine.
